good hiding spots in the car

I'm pretty sure someone mentioned it but I like the space underneath the radio, just pull that flap above that front center console thing out and there's some room up there under the radio. and also those triangle pieces to the right of your knee are good as well. Pull that thing out and you have quite a bit of space... and it's carpeted

If you have your spare tire in, you can also cut a piece of foam out and put things in there, then take the piece you cut out and shave it down a bit and put it back, it won't be visible but dogs aren't going to be using their eyes much anyway...

Fuse box maybe ???little splash guard thing in front of the wheel well ??? (don't know how you'd secure it)

I've had my car searched a couple times by cops, luckily they didn't find anything. Granted I didn't have anything either

I have yet to be pulled ova in my coupe but that will change once i start doin the mods i want and there should b quite a few this summah....but i need to see that spot Surman just to be on the safe side

Theres one right underneath where the radio console ends and the front compartment thing opens its a little panel you can open and stuff thing up into the radio basically

oh wow...now i can also hide my radar detector radar wire in there too. i was looking for a way to hide it. my wire runs down the right side of the dash where there is a groove for the wire.

in the trunk all the way in the back there is a little hump on the left or right that hangs low..if u reach behind it..it is like a bowl where you can hide anything.

and if its in the trunk...they cant open it

can they still open the trunk if you have that little switch in the glovebox on off?i remember i acidentally burned out and shut that switch offfor 5-6 mos we couldnt open the trunk LOL

i dont know if anyone said this one yet. but if you have a MT (manual trans.) you can stick you fingers right where the black "leather" meets the silver, and pull up from under the silver part removing the shift boot. by doing so you expose an great hidding spot that does not look suspecious. and it goes all the way back to the cup holders and ebrake.

ok i got the boot off, cant get the thing under the radio (bose systems have it to) and cant get the cup holders up.

If i go pulled over and a cop says he saw this spot on the nico forum i would laugh and say go head and take it. Just keep a soda can you buy at a smoke shop and keep your stuff in there and keep it in the cup holder. most times i got pulled over they try so hard looking for my "spot" they ignore the coke can. thats my take on it

THANK YOU..see everyone thinks im stupid..but i know what im talking about lol....in New Jersey, they cant open the trunk. they can only search the parts of the car that are visible to the eye. they need a warrant to legally search the trunk, or glove box(if it is locked)

....i would know....

hmm u said they need a warrant? so if 7 undercovers ran up on me and boxed me in and took out their guns and told me i was under arrest but with no evidence and than they raid my car n search threw everything there can they get away with it? or can i fight it off

Im not exactly sure but I think its about same in NY also. They can search everything except glove box and trunk. They need warrant or they need your permission to search those areas. Of course if you have nothing to worry about... lets them search.. but if you were hiding something and told them no...~ I'm sure they could pull some d*ck move and have your car towed till they could get warrant.
