Hey, sorry if this was a repost...I couldn't find much on 300zx exhausts. Ok, my friend has a 1990 300zx..N/A. He wants an exhaust that has a nice deep sound, but just a little louder than stock. He wants to keep it fairly quiet. I recommended the Greddy SP2...but I'm not sure how loud that gets. Any recommendations? Thanks.

p.s. For anyone else interested, please ignore the pricing on my site - it is incorrect.

Our 300Z systems are MUCH more reasonable than that. :)

The thought of buying an NA Z has recently crossed my mind. Have the prices on the site been corrected yet?

err the SP2 was only made for the 2+2. So he's lookin for the SP. Or..has anyone had experience with the blitz realize TT?

AZ- sorry I couldn't get him to get the BRM exhaust. He just didn't like the idea of the magnaflow muffler for some reason.

Hmmm, that's too bad. Hope he finds something he likes!

(p.s. at least we're honest about it - most big-name companies making catbacks either order mufflers w/o a name on them OR they use cheap Taiwanese crap mufflers,,, neither is cool.) :)

Is the price for the exhausts currently on the site the right price or is it still incorrect?

Hmmmm.... If it's a four-digit price, it hasn't been corrected yet. Email me with what you need and I'll get you an accurate quote.

Hey you guys, my boyfriend just got a 93" Z32 N/A (two-seater)and i'm doing some research about the best cat-back system out there for the most reasonable price.

So far, he likes the HKS Hiper system.

Not being so familiar with the VG, what would be the best flowing design? I'm assuming a single canister system like the Apexi N1 would be the best for flow, since there's less piping for the exhaust to pass thru (he wants to go turbo in the future--say, a few years from now). But i've noticed that dual canister systems are the most prevalent. I've searched up reviews about the Megan Racing cat-backs, and they seem good for the price, but i don't like their piping design for the z32. So that singles them out. I do, however, like the HKS hiper dual-system the most.

Any thoughts? I just think that a single canister system w/ 3" piping would work the best. Or maybe having a custom setup made.

P.S. Would a 3" catback fit? And what are the best choices for catalytic converter's? (stinky eggs! woot!) I have a Catco on mine, and i love it

3" catback is going to cost you torque on a NA engine.....

Well you might as well tell him that going turbo is very unlikely unless he wants to do a TT conversion ($3-4k plus labor) . There really isnt any room for a single turbo cuz the engine is cramped. Just wanted to let you know.

For exhaust questions, why dont you email Hitman? He's got some pretty good exhausts. Im quite sure he could help you out and if you choose the BRM exhaust it should be around $600(Ithink thats what he told me).

Ok, guys, thanks for the info. I'm not too familiar with the Z32, or V6's for that matter, so i suppose the dual hiper is a good bet.

Thanks!
