good ecu tune for 89 24ka sohc t3/t4 turbo

Im looking to get my ecu chipped or programmed or tuned w/e it takes to get my car to run right

i got injectors from an 89 rx7 and have a walbro 255 fuel pump with a fpr and i can adjust the fpr and get it to run well but its running rich when i make it more lean it doesn't run right so its either rich and run or lean and nothing but putters...

im running about 10 lbs of boost and i can only give it about a 1/4 pedal... slowly if i want to get it off the line...

so if you know where i can get a chip burned or anyone that is reliable for an ecu tune...that would be a huge help

t3/t4 turbo running around 10 lbs of boost...also a daily driverand would like to get a little drift action...when the time is right...
