I'm looking for recommendations on a good, reliable dealership where I can take my coupe to be regularly serviced in/around the suburbs of Philadelphia. Does anyone have any suggestions or any personal experiences that they can share?

Shops that I've checked out:

Ardmore Nissan-large/new-looking shop-really far away (45 minutes away)

All-Star Nissan (Devon, PA)-"rewards program" or something-20-30 minute drive

Concordville Nissan and Subaru-closer than the two listed above

Exton Nissan-slow to diagnose/repair problems-doesn't return phone calls-light on paperwork (detailed list of repairs done to car not ready at time of pickup, twice)-rude, condescending-service manager is a douchebag-5 minutes away-not going to see another cent of my money

Its too far of a drive for you, but I got my Z over in Newark, DE at Sheridan, they treated me fantastic when I lived down in Dirty Jersey.

Also Faulkner in Harrisburg is a good one ( I know, doesn't help you either)

Conicelli Nissan in Conshohocken has been really good to me if you need to go to the dealer. Otherwise, there are two shops I go to for service one in Pottstown and another in Landsdale. For paint and other body work, honestly the guys over at the Pottstown Maaco do an amazing job. A lot of guys here don't like Maaco, but this being my only encounter with them I was definitely impressed by the paint job.

Conicelli is even farther than the other dealerships. (Broken coupe was shipped from Conicelli to Exton, that's a strike against them too)

Ardmore is at least on the Main Line and on the route to/from work and university...

Ardmore Nissan isn't bad...when i was at St. Joe's I went there to get a quote on my coupe (ended up buying it at home in NJ though...) and they were really nice. Plus they just remodeled and built a whole new center, so it should be pretty nice.

There's Montgomeryville Nissan in Montgomeryville as well as one in Feasterville but I think that one is a little to far from Downingtown.

F mongomeryville nissan - Worst customer service ever. They lied to me several times about my windshield.

They told me to bring my car there so they could do some work. I get my parents to follow me so i can drop my car off. I get there and they say oh sorry we dont have the parts, come get your car and bring it back.

If i were a rat i would call nissan on them and complain, but thats not my style. I just wont go there anymore.

Sorry to hear about your experience. My brother lives right off of upper state road and that dealership is right around the corner from him. I kive about 3 hours away and my dealership is really good about CS.
