Good deal? Tell me what you think

I have been offered a deal on some wheels and I need some opinions on if it's worth it or not. I was offered 2 Volk te37 16x7" wheels, 114.3x4 lug pattern, +42 offset and they are white. They come with falken azenis on them and are in flawless condition. The guy wants $450 for the pair. I thought this was a killer deal. Because I could either A.)keep them and buy 2 more and run hub spacers etc. or B)turn them around and sell them on ebay for more than I bought them for. What do you guys think?
