Ok im really interested in a 300zx and would like some help. Can you guys let me know what i should pay and how much its gonna be to fix the problems. Thanks, BTW im new too the site.

$2500-3000 if the engine runs well and the transmission shifts properly.

Find out if the 60k maintenance was done (timing belt) as it's either needing it real soon or maybe has been. Run codes to make sure there isn't anything obvious.If you have a Z enthusiast friend or aquantance near by, have them look it over for you.Reliable cars when the previous owners have leved them or your worst financial nighmare when not.

ok thanks for your help. This will be my first car just turned 16 in december. Ive always had my eyes out for a good 300zx

The salvage history brings the value down a lot. So I'd say 3,000.

this one is in st.louis. i think theres one in olathe its got around like 205k miles tho. i live north of the river(kearney, MO)
