good deal or not?

i was wondering if this is a good deal on a lease. $490/mth, $4500 down(includes all fees) 12k miles/yr.

2007 m35sport tech pkg and aerokit.

Its not a good deal if your not happy with it. There are so many factors in pricing a car and unless you post the marony sticker with all options and such there is no way to compare, I dont think. Ill tell you one thing though, having worked in dealerships for the last 5 years and talking to people and friends and just using a little common sense, it never hurts to try to negotiate with the salesman. They really want to get rid of that car and unless they JUST put it on the lot they will deal with you, within reason. I personally know a couple buddies that have gotten new cars for LESS than what the dealership has paid for them. I know this is rare but it makes sense when you realize that it costs them money to leave cars on the lot and sometimes it is acceptable to just move some to get numbers up.Cheers and good luck
