Good deal or no??

I was wondering if you guys think that i got a decent deal for my car or not. most of the people i talk to think i got a steal, but i wanted an oppinion from other people with s13's.

1991 manual 240sx hatchback w/ 100,000 miles on the shell-it's prime black so once i get the money i can paint it whatever i want. (i'm getting my brothers friend to hook me up w/ a paintjob for around 800 because he's a proffesional)- it's got a 2-way LSD that is only 1 year old- it's got a 1997 s14 KA24DE engine swapped into it with only 60,000 miles- cold air intake, catback, 3 inch muffler- eibach pro kit springs- kenwood sound system w/ pioneer amps- 180sx tail lights- toyo touring radials- reverse glow dash gauges

I picked it up w/ absoloutely no rust on it and only minor scratches and dings, but the body work isn't finished so once i sand and prime it all that will be gone. the interior is in great condition, although the sides of the front seats are a tad worn.

so all in all i payed 3,100$ for it. what do you guys think?-
