That sounds a little high to me, but maybe prices are higher in HI, or the spoiler is pricey.

You can get it at cost ($20,101) from carsdirect.com (in the US). The dealer should be more competitive than $1500 above cost. That's quite a profit.
At that price, the dealer makes 7% plus the 2.75% factory holdback. So the dealer's profit is almost 10%!
