I've always loved the look of the 03-04 M45 and decided to bite the bullet and buy the cleanest 04 M45 that I could find. I bought this one off of ebay and will be picking it up at the end of the month. Here is the link to the auction. Let me know what you think and if I paid too much. Thanks.

Denfinitely VERY clean. You may have paid a little more than it was worth, but you found an imamculate car and IMHO that is worth every penny saved from buying a brand new car.

I also just purchased an M35 ('06) from eBay and found exactly what i was looking for at a great price. For anyone looking on eBay, just make sure the seller has plenty of history at 100% positive (or close to 100%). The link to my eBay puchase is below:

That is a GREAT looking M! I don't think you paid too much at all...just look at that car, with all of it's options, unique looks, HP/Torque ratings and see what you would have got if you decided to buy brand new at that price. I can pretty much guarantee you would have half the car (if that). I did the same as you when I bought my Black '03 about 18 months ago...couldn't find one locally, so bought one from a TX ebay dealer, had it shipped to my door, and have loved it ever since. Good job on the find, and welcome to the Forum! Lots of good info in here, good people, and good fun!

Hello and welcome,That is a very good price considering the mileage. Having the 2004, you have the disc changer in the dash rather than a cartridge loading changer in the dash. Truly a nice difference. I purchased my 2004 for $28,000 last February with 29,000 miles. It is a Infiniti C.P.O with the Elite warranty and the same option packages. The 2004's generally go for a little more than the 2003's simply because it is newer.Cheers,M.L

Nice '06! My '07 is exactly the same. I checked out the e-bay auction URL that you posted. In the pic of the nav screen (when the car was in reverse), I noticed that you can see the bumper a bit. I guess that's what it is supposed to look like. I see bumper on my cam shot too and I was wondering if that was right. Good luck with the car. They are awesome.

I paid 24,000 for an 04 M45 with the same mileage. I say you got a great deal.

I think you got a great deal and will be very happy with the car! You may have paid slightly more than what you can find an average M45 for but the average '04 M45 will not be in pristiene condition, fully loaded with 14K miles. And the window sticker says it all... just 3 years ago the car sold for $50K! The car looks sharp!

Glad to have you aboard,

Andrew

Thanks all for the replies. From the research that I did regarding 03 and 04 M45s it seems that an 04s were selling for about 20-25% more than 03s and black on black with Nav were the highest ones in demand. Given the low mileage and showroom condition, I really felt like I was getting a $50K car for less than half price. Better than Black Friday Deals!

You got a great deal on the car I think. I bought my 03 almost a year ago with more miles and less options but almost the same price here in Ohio. I wish I would have done some research before buying. But when I drove past the stealer ships lot and saw this pretty thang just smilin at me I had to have it! All M owners know what I mean.

congratulations on a great car! GO M45's
