you know the drill, you buy a car, then you ask yourself "did I get a good deal?" Well, can you put my mind at ease and tell me I did!?

Seems a little high to me...not sure if the all-wheel drive sedan models push up the price though. For comparison, I paid 31k for an '05 coupe 6MT (everything minus NAV) with 5k mi...at a dealer.

You have to take in to consideration your location. Are you in an area where the supply is plenty. Also, did you get the color and options you wanted. I'm betting you did. Silver with black interior is a great combo. I think you got a good deal considering the extended warranty!

Now as for the coupe, if you purchased recently, maybe not so great a deal. Again, depending on your location. If you are in the Atlanta area I would have expected a lower price. However, if this was numerous months ago, a different story. Regardless, you've made the purchase, stop looking back and look forward to your future mods and road trips!!!

You didn't make them fix the scratch???!!!!! I asked every dealership that I went to when looking for my G if they would fix up the scratches and they said yes. For 25K I would demand they fix that scratch. I looked at a bunch of used ones too, but ultimately I received the best deal for a brand new 06 (26K). I had to drive over an hour away to get it, but da*n was it worth it.

It was a private party, so no, didnt ask them to get the scratch fixed. To the other point, I have found that AWD seems to be worth more up here in the rainy Northwest, demanding a slight premium.

Thanks everyone.

Good point, can't do much about a private party seller.1/4 size scratch isn't that bad anyway.About your question about getting a good deal, it all depends on the area, down here in So Cal, I wouldn't pay that much for a private party seller, but where you are it could be a good deal. If you are really worried, check Autotrader in your area and also check edmunds. I know that everyone uses the Kelly Blue Book for resale values, but I found that using the edmunds quotes got me a higher trade in value for my car, not quite what edmunds said, but in between the low ball price of KBB and just below the edmunds price.

I just got a '03 4dr with leather. has all options except heated seats and nav. 39K. I had 48 year+month bumper to bumper warranty. no dings or scratches. 22K even out the door. I think that was not too bad.
