Good deal for new Sentra?

Was on the fence between Versa and Sentra but have an opportunity to buy a new 2011 Sentra 2.0 6-speed for $11,340 plus $599 dealer proc. fee plus tag transfer plus tax...

Does this sound like a good offer?

Picked up the new 2011 Sentra 2.0 6-speed last night. Came with Sentra floor mats, Sentra splash guards and window tint. Total out the door price which included all fees, taxes tags etc. was $13,700.

This is the base 2011 Sentra but still has A/C, power windows, power locks, AM/FM/CD with four speakers.

This vehicle is for my 17 year old son and needless to say he is very pleased. Only items I would miss if it was for me is Cruise control, keyless entry and while there is a dome light, there are no map lights. We will address these issues over the next six months.
