Good day fellow Q owners. This is my first post, but believe it or not I have been reading this forum for a couple of years now on and off. I have always loved the 2nd generation Q45's the most. I was able to purchase a 1994 Q45T in Pearl White. It has all the bells and whistles and came with stock Infiniti 15" Chrome rims. I purchased about 2 weeks ago.

I have done allot of work to it since purchase, such as new belts, tensioner and pully, new tires, cleaned the MAF with new filter.

I am a member of Benzworld.org, because I own a 1998 Opal Black E320.

I don't own a camera or have a camera phone, but I will say this she is beautiful. I clay bard her, then ran a cleaner wax, then regular wax and she shines in the sun beautifully. Since owning the Q45t I have gotten many compliments from friends and even had a lady in a LS430 waive hi at me and then smiled at me. I like the stock look of cars and won't be doing any mods whats so ever. Just keep her clean and maintained. I guess the only mod would be an updated head unit. I took the cd changer out because it didn't work, but I am not stressing it because I will be using a newer head unit with the iPod touch a little after the summer.

I have read great deal here and thank ya'll for being so on point. I will also be changing my fuel pump and filter in a couple of short weeks, then will be working my way to injectors. Since the car has hi-miles (162,000), I will go ahead and change all injectors at cost just to play it safe, but even before that all the fluids will be changed.

The car came with the OEM Repair Manual and all the other records.

So far I am very happy with the purchase considering the price I got her for.

Welcome, sounds like you are on the right track with the maintenance. If you end up doing the injectors you might as well do the whole plenum job with the knock sensors and all the hoses.

My $.02

I agree. Joe at IOS sells an under the plenum kit for about 900 with pretty much everything you will need minus the gaskets.

The website is http://www.infinitipartsusa.com/q45.html or you can call him at 1-888-216-5328. I would rather call him but it's up to you. You can also think of doing the spark plugs as well if they need to be changed.

Good Luck and Congrats
