I just got my HKS Hi Power and I love it, but im looking to get the Hot Shot headers soon too, and I was thinking about getting a hiflow cat. I looked for info in past post and couldnt find anything, what would be a good brand of high flow cat, or should i just leave it stock????????

the HS header gets rid of the cat on the s14's. So you have no room for an aftermarket one b/c there will no longer be a cat. But what you can do it take to to a muffler shop, cut the Hks piping a little short then put the new cat in between there and the end of the header piping.

I thought with the Hot Shot you get rid of the first ("fake"??) and you keep the second one that makes that bump in the floor? Correct me if I'm wrong.

the second one is the fake one, the smaller one under the exhaust manifold is the real cat.

Correct.The S14 has TWO FULLY FUNCTIONAL CATS.

The HS Header eliminatels only the one attached to the collector on the stock manifold. A Random Technologies Cat would be ideal for your application and for keeping the car street legal in the future as it will work well with whatever route you should choose to take with your 240.
