thats pretty good time for a full swaparoo, i personaly did it in that time, and then spent 3 weeks, (some sleeping in my car in friends garage) trying to get it to limp to my house.
I used the wiring how to in the link i posted, it worked just fine, once you get in to it its not as much work as you think, i believe theres an ECU pinout diagram in the stickies too, youll need that to figure out the under dash wiring, and its a good resource to have on hand.
Getting the CA to run can be a PITA but once done you'll love it, the plus side of struggling a bit, is that you'll get know your car like the back of your hand in no time.
I think the reason theres not a copmrehensive write-up, i because the struggle is diffrent from car to car. I looked for one too Before i got my engine, and quicly realised that i had to pool several diffrent sources to do the wiring, and just jump in and solve problems as they arise.( I was hoping they wouldent)
I found that most plugs on the engine plug it to one plug on the harness. no two plugs can be mixed up, and then youll have to deal with the leftovers.
The FSM (Full Service Manual) in the stickies ha a nice engine harness section so you could just use that as a guide ( remember to compensate for the RHD to LHD diffrences.)

theres alotta info out there, finding it is a bit@# though.
id say go for it, and if you find problematic plugs, take pictars of them and post your question, you might get better responce
I know it sounds dicouraging but im afraid that a good write up is stuff of legend.
