Good buy or not?

Im being offered a 96 240 for 5.8k. it has 78k mi. on it. all options i think, no sunroof. black. AT. dont know anything else. im gonna go check it out today. how do i know if its SE model? white face gauges and 5-lug on the wheels? sorry its short but im at work and dont wanna get busted. any imput?

If it's an SE model you will see a "SE" badge on the right side of rear trunk lid.

if it is a base model I wouldnt pay that much for it. especially being an auto, theres another 500 to swap out a manual. Go ahead and look for an se with 5-spd, you will be happy you did. Also, oif you got the money, I would get a 97-98 if your not looking to do body kit stuff, those have a great stock look.

The thing is this is only the second S14 to come up for months. The last one was real nice but i didnt jump on it to quik so i missed out. Im attracted mostly to the milage. Most cars for this price are over 100k around here. example.. S13 93' fastbak AT, 135kmiles, 3.5k.

oh ya theres also a 97 for sale thats like 8000 or around there. AT not sure if its SE

Don't buy an automatic 240sx. They aren't worth a crap. They are slow and can't even barely break the tires loose.
