Can anyone refer me to a good body shop in this area? Both my Q and 400e need some touch up done. Q has a couple of rust spots beneath the paint and the 400e has some wear spots around drivers door handle (thank God for those big chrome door handles on the Q- another advantage of the Q over the E).

The Golden Hammer used to be the best, are they still there?

They were at 2231 Butler Ave, LA 90064, 310-479-4311. It's been a while since I was there, I hope they're still in business. Not cheap, but the best work!

Yep. They still are. I'll see what they quote. Might be a while, they're not open on Saturdays and are a bit out of the way for mid-week. Not really that far it's just that traffic out that way morning/evening is a mess.

I was once referred to Harry's Auto Collision Center by the service writer at Santa Monica. They were very busy, with maybe 20 cars being worked on, all luxury types. But I never got to see their work after the guy quoted me $400 to fix a dent in the hood. I can think of quite a few things I need more than a fixed dent for $400. But I'm sure they're good. They' re at: 1013 S. La Brea AveLos Angeles, CA 90019323-933-4600
