Jeff Pearlman sounds like he's about as much fun to hang out with as a dead puppy.

According to angermanagementseminar.com, people who spend too much time on the internet and watching TV become ornery as a direct result of the lack of real human interaction. The tendency to lash out at others stems from not having a good enough outlet for anger.

It's not about anon, it's about you needing to get up and go walk the dog or something.

My hate for others that I come across stems directly from other people being dumb as s***. The internet is a good medium for me to express my distaste for others in a healthy, non threatening manner.

Hey Jeff Pearlman

Find me you little b****

Stop caring so much about who comments about you. No one cares. Its the internet.

Everyone is a troll.

I bet secretly, Jeff has trolled himself. Of course he has ANON posted to other authors or critized them when they made a bad article about a former person he did an article on.

He can't deny that.

I'm sure most of what Jeff is writing is true, but he's chosen CNN as a medium to cry about it which is kind of pathetic.

I -hate- when old media covers anything regarding the internet. They treat it like some kind of exotic, scary place where there's witches, goblins, and monsters. They intentionally act like they dont know how to use social media, forums, or even web browsers in order to make themselves feel more like the legitimate medium.

"Oooh, that there web thing? I've never used it! Sounds like a hoot! Maybe I'll ask my ten year old son to hack into the CIA! Back to you, Rick!"

I wouldn't mind that she was ugly as much if she had any vocal skill.

You can probably reverse that, too, and it'd be just as true.

Much of the world's problems stem from the increasingly distant proximity of a balled up fist from peoples' mouths.

Someone needs to come up with an act right app that shocks the crap out of you when you type something you don't have the balls to say to the other person's face in real life.

DO LIKE.

This is never more apparent than when we do a meet somewhere. Invariably, someone who's been an a$$ online will show up at the event, but conveniently, they'll never meander over to say hello.

It's too bad, too... It'd be a good opportunity for them to find out that I'm not the jerk they've made me out to be. :)

Keep skulking, trolls. I'll be the guy walking around talking to people, joking, laughing, and not hiding in the shadows.

I say hi to everybody. Mostly it's probably because I've forgotten most of what I've written online.

That's whats great about the internet. The lack of any real threat of violence means you get to see what actually goes on in someone's head.

Its often said that the internet lets people pretend to be d!ck s, but really, a lot of people are d!ck s pretending to be nice in person.

But Jeff Pearlman is a homosex.

For the record, I really am as big a jerk in person as I am online. I love you guys too much to BS you. If I'm mean to you, you likely deserve it, though. :runover:

^^I've seriously sat down and thought about how exactly that smiley could be used, and never have found a valid use for it.
