Good aftermarket shocks for the Z?

Good aftermarket shocks for the Z?

Hey guys, simple question

If im correct, the Q45 and Z use the same shocks, except the Z has different mounts... SOmeone with a Z32 tried to swap on coilovers on the Q and they fit except the rears needed a different mount.....

IM just curious what you guys use for shocks.. not coilovers, just replacement shocks youd use with your lowering springs or whatever...
