In light of the current findings regarding the JGS manifold - see "home made manifold" this model is looking awsome at $250 shipped.

jgs used to offer a thing with their mani where you could get the mani, wastegate, oil feed and return lines, oil pan bung, and hardware for 570...but i dont see it anymore

it costs about the same to piece the parts together with the gladman mani, but this is an easy choice if jgs no longer offers that package

I think the Gladman will flow better. Look at his design compaired to the JGS. Seems like the gas follows a smoother rout. Also, see "home made manifold" post.

i have the gladman mani... i am not as impressed with it as i expected. have a fitment issues with the turbo flange bolts. theres very little space to get a bolt thro the mani flange and the turbo flange. the inside of my mani is rough. If i werent so lazy i would grind it out but i dont want to. i have run up to 20 psi on this manifold and it held fine so the quality is there. overall its a good mani for a daily driver and quick boost setup. i may be selling mine in a few weeks if your interested. What kind of HP did you get out of it. I can deal with a tight spot for $250 and I have a dremmel.

i would say i was making over 300 hp @20 psi from a t3/t4 50 trim turbo.

Can I assume T3/T04e? Because I am intending to run the b, and it's map looks way sick at low boost. I am think 260whp@10.

the only thing i don't like on the gladman manifold is the wastegate flange placement. the jgs allows you to basically run a straight pipe out of the wastegate to vent into the air. however if you are one who likes to vent the waste gate back into the exhaust then the gladman would prob make that a little easier.

Do you still have the manifold? I'm trying to finish my KAE-T on the cheap. Ran short on funds. [email protected]
