You can search on www.car-part.com for the parts. You'll need the ballasts and headlight assemblies for each side.

I bought a set from there (55watt, 5000K) when I had my 97.5 Regal GS some years ago. They fit in that, my 2006 Grand Prix GXP, and now my 01 i30 as well. They are simply plug and play w/o having to change anything on the car...the hardest part was determining the best spot to mount the ballasts...which on the set I have are pretty slim (1/4" or so). That said, it appears they have changed a bit since I bought mine...the ballasts appear smaller in shape, but seem a bit thicker now too, though it is hard to tell from the pics...if they are thicker, it's not by much.

One of the best upgrades you can give your car...the change is quite dramatic.

so which bulb type do i use..and adaptor cables?

Low beam is the 9006. High beam is the 9005. Not sure about any adapter cables, when I bought mine it came with everything I needed w/o needing to buy any adapters....but again that was 5+ years ago. I also only have the low beams, which stay on when I turn on my highs. If you aren't sure about what is needed, you may want to contact them directly to be sure. Here is a section on their site that lists all known issues for specific car makes and any accessories known to be needed for them...no infinitis are listed so I would presume you can just order a kit by itself and should be good to go:
