yeah, that came from a high ranking person in the Iraqi army, hell it might've been Saddam's...

pretty neat though, reminds me of this gun shop in GA, it was awesome, they had all kinds of commerative guns, my fav was the gold plated MAC 10, though the John Wayne Winchester was really cool.
