Man, I stopped reading Marvel when they had Onslaught. Everything started to get confusing.

To be more precise, I stopped when they came out with X-Man. I believe he was Scotts and Jeans son from another dimension. Whatever happened in that story? It was epic. I couldn't get anymore comic because Comics and Comics closed down in my local mall. I got depressed.

Neither Goku nor Superman could win. Both characters always become stronger to whatever level needed to defeat the baddy. If they were put into battle together it would go on for the rest of eternity. They would collapse the universe and create a new big bang and in some weird way be the new universes Gods (which would be kinda cool, I guess).

There are too many comic characters that are X amount strong until the new villain shows up then allll the sudden they are X to the tenth power strong. Goku and Superman are prime examples, also Hulk comes to mind.

I see one problem with the Thor argument. He is a god and all, but I'm fairly sure Goku defeated the Devil once. I mean... Goku killed the Devil?

Voted Goku.

However, improbable Goku always seems to have some crazy power level raiser right when we think he is going to lose. So Goku wins it after going Super Saiyin, whatever level needed to beat superman.

If you want superman to have a hard fight, you put him against Atom Ant. In highschool i had long arguments with "true" Superman fans about how Atom Ant would wreck Superman anyday.

P.S Superman-Prime needs his own level, he is frikkin awesome, last time i read a comic, he just defeated the Monarch. After threatening to kill him to death!.

Goku is a saiyan, meaning he only gets stronger with training. Superman is bad-a** but is limited.
