The turbo is going to cost around 500+

Don’t get the revhard manifold its crap

get e-manage with a PRofec e-01 (so you have a boost controller and you don’t need the support tool or a $$laptop$$

Intercooler piping will cost depends on the material, for steel around 100 for stainless 200 for aluminum 300

You will need gauges gaskets clams and what not, add 300

just order some 2.25'' u bends. 4 should be plenty to do your whole car. try summit or jegs.

I would be very cautious about buying a turbo off eBay, there is a reason it’s that cheap, too many cases of poor quality.

Try these sites:http://www.cheapturbos.comhttp://www.tu ... ulator.com

Wiring on e-mange isn’t simple, but not impossible. It can take 2-20 hours. Depends on your skill level.

IC piping: take out the tape measure and see for yourself.

if you are interested, AEM is coming out with the EMS system for the 240...and that is the best ever. I love it. Wish I could afford it...

Your plans look pretty good, I favor the ease of the JWT ecu over the pain in the *** of the e-manage personally. As for intercooler piping, you are looking at closer to 300 most likely. For good clamps alone it will probably be about 30 bucks, piping will be about 80 just in materials (3 U bends, 1 straight, shipping), my local welding shop charges 10 bucks per butt welded pipe, so considering I had 7 welds necessary on my pipes, plus a flange for the bov and a place to put a wastegate reference you can figure it would have been about 80-100 dollars as well. Then you have to consider the price of good silicone couplers, I got mine from http://www.sporthoses.com and while they aren't cheap, they are of a higher quality than the ebay stuff. For my couplers it was 120. So to do the IC piping pretty nicely, but not even in stainless, it would be about 330. I had the hookup on free welding, so that helped me out. Also, if your going to have that nice equal length mani, t3/t04e turbo, jwt ecu, and all that other nice supporting hardware...dont cheap out on the intercooler, it'll only hold you back. My opinion is to do it once and do it right :)

yeah i am tring to think which ecu i want......how does the jwt one work you order it tuned for what you have then if you change it you send it back and get it retuned? about the IC i just wasnt sure the amount of stuff i would need......is that turbo i listed a good one.....i am tring for like 240ish whp for right now thanks for the help

Ahhh, well I'm sure others will have a much cheaper alternative for only 240ish whp, but I see nothing wrong with overkill. For the JWT ecu thats right, you order it based upon your MAF, Injectors, and anything else you care to tell them about. The MAF and injectors are the most important part though, if you change either of them you will HAVE to get a re-tune. The turbo you listed is good, its very efficient and will do reasonably well at lower boost, yet be good for higher boost levels as well. I wouldn't want to use it at much under 10psi though, there just isn't much point in that size turbo for that small boost. It excels around 15psi and up to 22psiish max.
