This is supposedly their last tour, so I'm heading to Oklahoma on Friday. I'm a sucker for "Last" anything, especially McRib.

Should I bring a cowboy hat? James, can I borrow your foam one?

Got some decent seats too, $80 each including ticketraper fees.

I saw them several years ago when Sugarland opened up for them. I'm not a big country fan but my wife is. I was suprised how many of B&D's songs I knew every word to. They put on a very entertaining show too.

Sugarland on the other hand was disappointing. I love that chicks voice on albums but she was struggling to stay on key live.

Yeah, Jennifer Nettles is cute and all but her voice annoys the hell out of me. Sugarland also adopted Better Than Ezra's old drummer.

I gotta find that damn hat....

for the record, both of them roll in nice a** buses.

<---built both of them.

For the record, Ronnie Dunn is a cool dude.

I didn't get to talk to Kix when he was in the shop...

Can't get into this stuff.

I certainly don't find it revolting or anything like that, I don't have a knee-jerk "hates country" reaction, but I'd never pay $80 to go see it.

I need to go to a country concert, I'd love to go to a Toby Kieth or a Big and Rich concert, though I'm sure a Reba concert would kick a** too. I've only been to see DMB and Ozzfest so a country concert would rock especially considering i live in Philly, so there's not many of us rednecks up in these parts.

I saw DMB a few years ago. It was, possibly, the most uninspired, lifeless show I've ever been to. Most of the audience was stoned and the band stood up there and just played music without paying any attention to the audience.

And they didnt even play Ants Marching! It was like going to someone's garage and watching a jam band goof off. Poorly organized, but skilled musicianship.

I wanna go see Springsteen sometime. I wonder if he just pisses his pants to avoid leaving the stage. or wears depends like the crazy astronaut woman....

for country shows, I've heard Trace Adkins puts on a good show.
