As the title says i will be moving to Fl very soon, in about 2 weeks or so. I currently live in N.J and i just want to know if there are any local 240 poples around and how are the car meets if any and just looking to meet some new tuner friends to be honest. Being new in a place where you know no one is never any fun... lol

Yeah I moved there solo back in 07 to Ft Lauderdale, but came back when my dad got hurt on the job. My mom is ill so they needed some help. But now 3 years later they are moving down as well as my brother so it makes sense. I just gotta make sure I can transfer down. It might take a year, but im there.

Abit of a update on my moving situation. I now live in Green Cove Springs its right outside of Jacksonville. I actually like it here i thought i would absolutly hate it... But that being said i am now looking for some new 240 buddies who are local to hit up some meets, do some cruising n to have a good time n all that . So if you are localish lemme know

sorry I haven't answered been busy with work and packing I'm heading to jax this weekend, just got the truck and car loaded on the trailer today,

and yes I know how to install turbo kits, probably won't have internet till wednesday, thats when cable gets turned on.

I have a 13 hour drive ahead of me, can't wait

ok, I'm in jax now, and have realized I drive like a biatch, drivers here are alot more aggressive than back in baltimore, but the new house is great, have plenty of room here to entertain, so I'll definitely try to have a few get togethers this summer I'll let ya'll know, if anyone needs help with anything nearby my area, let me know, I can help

Drivers get crazy in ATL, the FL ones just can't drive. They all drive better when it is raining out for some reason. Amazes me. Dead serious.

FL Is also super expensive. Not a lot of land for cheap.

Its probably best time to buy now anyways. 4700 sq ft. down there is 600-800k if not more. Most are located near ponds and lakes anyways so this drives up the value. Best idea is to get an apartment but there are some nice double wide trailers if you perfer that or what fits in the budget, heh.

Hey cjmirabal, im from the orlando area, and there is a lot of 240 peeps in the area. Youll be missing a drift event at Central Florida Road Course by 1 day lol but they have them twice a month so no big deal. The not having ac thing is only bad about 10 months out of the year lol its really bad right now as everyday is about 90+ degrees, but trust me you'll get use to it. Let me know when your finally down here and ill let you know about some of the car meets in the area. Where are you going to be going for school?

Ima have ac at some point but i need a new condenser fan and i dont have time to change it up here cuz i gotta pull mad s*** around it to reach...pita lol

awesome i live right next to uti... i mean RIGHT next to it lol and I see your 240 has a ca18, let me know if you need any lines for the a/c i have all of my sr ones ripped out and im not going to be using them and im pretty sure there compatible
