okay i am going N/A with my KA and was wonder who has done ITB's before i know a few people have done them on this site and i was wondering who they were and how much money and time was spent to get them on and tuned properly. i am also gonna be droping in other stuff than just the ITB's like custom 14:1 pistons, port and polished head, valve train and cams, you know all the typical upgraded stuff. i am also gonna be going with the mega-squirt ECU for the ITBs to run right. so if any one has done the ITBs to the KA please let me know looking for help gonna be putting everything on soon.

Blinking red button in the upper right

And 14:1 is way too high for a street car. Good luck getting it not to detonate on pump gas.

I think ITBs+megasquirt is the new bandwagon.

First it was SR, then it was KA-T, and now ITBs.

I have a full megasquirt harness with edis fully integrated. Comes with the distributorless edis unit and coil pack, VR sensor and bracket, and a custom machined 36-1 crank pulley for KA. Also comes with both temp sensors (nissan and suzuki) and has map sensor line.

The harness is designed to plug right into 240sx relay box, it uses all off the oem relays and fuses.

It can be used with ms1 or ms2, a robust harness with many extra wires strewn along.

$500.00

Im upgrading and new to make a new harness anyways, I might as well make a whole new one.

damn drifer boy....first off...i think i have responded in the NA KA's section about 10000 times in the last few months...you just need to learn how to search..or hell just look in the KA forum...quite simple..and about the 2jz swap..im glad your buddy searched for it..mabey hes a bit better at searching..not sure .. but dude im not as stupid as you might think i am..hell wasnt there someone who JUST put a 1jz in their 240?? mabey a different forum..you could check but your not to familiar with the SEARCH button...and most people think that if they cant find any information about swaps on the internet that it just doesnt existm, well buddy sorry to bust your little buble about how the entire world revolves around the forums but...there are just some people that dont post **** up online..to much bull **** and they dont want to explain how they made one part to allow room for another...hell i dont like explaining **** too often...i appologize if i come off a bit like an ******* but..

how much is that 100 octane because you also have to think something being practical..i kno we have 100 octane here and it costs like 450..not too practical..

i searched under the KA forum and tried ITB's by its self and nothing came up and then i tried KA ITB's and again nothing came up and i tried a few more but cant remember.

and about that 100 octane last time a saw it it was 4.30-4.40/gallon but it has been a few weeks and gas prices have changed alot since then around here so it could be higher now, and yea not to pratical but i knew a few guys that had to run that stuff with their cars but thier cars weren't daily drivers.

and does any one have pic's of thier ITB's on the KA so i can see how short to cut the manifold, and or if there is a place out there that makes a manifod for ITB's to go on a KA?

Searched "ITB" at search function:

zerothread?id=146735http://forums.nicoc ... ?id=119471

A lot of these are from PandaS14's ITB build on his S14 KA24DE
