Going from a Altima 3.5 A5 to Max. M6?

I currently have a 05 Altima 3.5 that my mom passed down to me. It has 220k on it and still runs pretty decent for its mileage, but everything else is starting to get kind of rough. The transmission doesn't shift the smoothest and the engine is loud. I'm looking to replace it and after looking at some SI's and Mini S's Ive come back to the maxima/altima. The power of the vq is awesome and so is the gas mileage. I found a 05 Double Black Maxima 6 speed with 85k for 8 grand. Now is there anything different I should look for in the maxima? I know the timing chain rattle is more of an annoyance than an actual problem. I mean my Altima has been rattling since 130k and once its warm it seems to quiet down. Anyway what are some things I should look for and what is some basic maintenance that should be done. Thanks.
