Going custom LED, which would be the BRIGHTEST and best look

Im going to be making some taillights with the spare set I have. I simply want to add a 6" oval LED standard stt to the oem taillight by flushing it in, and painting the rest of the exposed taillight the color of the car.

Which of these LED panels would look the best and be the brightest

The main purpose of this "upgrade" is to improve overall light output from my taillights over my now current tinted tails. And to have some fun. Thanks for your vote

Only me, Im curious if that top one will light up like outlined circles, or if it will just look like 3 solid circles...

LEDs will always create hotspots unless you use some kind of diffuser or other optics.

For best ,I vote #4 stock.
Brightest is difficult to say without seeing them operate, but I'm guessing #2 as the outlets are clumped close together.

They will likely all be the same brightness. Well sell Trucklite here and they are all basically the same light.
