Goal: 250 RWHP, which engine?

Ok. Eventually, when I get things organized, I'm going to be deciding on what to do engine wise. My main goal to start is 250 RWHP. I've seen the advantages of the various engines, and now I'm just curious how much money it will cost me to get them to 250RWHP. I know there are various kits for the KA24DE that can make ~250 rwhp for around $4000. But, the main thing is, my engine will have 130k+ miles on it when I do something. And I really don't want to do any internal work. So, I'm really leaning towards SR or CA. I know these questions have been asked before on the old board, but I'm gonna ask them again.

I know Paul is going to express his desire for the CA, which I'm really anxious to hear.

Also, I'd love to be able to say " My 1.8 L just kicked your (fill in 5.0/4.6/5.7) a$$." But seriously, I'd love to do the CA simply b/c they're less seen.
