GM synchromesh transmission fluid

Has anyone run this in their car? Heard through a friend it helps with grinding, just wondering if anyone here has any input on it. ThanksBrett

My buddy with a Stealth twin turbo/VR4 runs it, he says it has given him the best results. He last tried red line and in his opinion, red line sucked.

it is a good fluid for people who have a tendancy to grind gears.Personally, I would recommend it for people new to the stick shift, and for those who have experience with them, I just say drive better

But really, it's not terribly expensive, and works well.

i have it in my car, it really softens up gear grinds. But its is kinda expensive, like 10 bucks a bottle.
