I recently finished my 5speed swap, bought a transmission with 130k miles on it a little over a year ago. The transmission grinds every time I shift into 3rd... Did a little research and many people say that the GM synchromesh will solve the gear grinding problem, has anyone ever tried this transmission oil can it be used on my z32??

I cant say that I have used the GM Synchromesh, but I and many others on here have used Redline Mt-90 and it got rid of pretty much all my grinding during shifting.
