Glue used for body panel?

Hello,

I am in the process replacing the front LH fender. Once I removed the fender I noticed that a side of the fender is attached to the body using foam-like glue.
Does anyone know what this glue is and where I can get it? It's foamy but pretty resilient and tough to break loose.
I've attached a photo.

Not sure why you would remove that part of the vehicle unless you are repairing it from an accident or something. You should probably check Lowes' and Home Depot, as they would carry almost everything. If not, check Amazon and your local auto parts stores.

Hey there, I am replacing it as the condition of the panel is not repairable. I checked out Home Depot/Lowes and couldn't find anything like that (and not much help from the employees).

I would like like to what the adhesive it so I know what to check on Amazon. I did find 3M Panel Bonding Adhesive but it's epoxy and seems like a hard glue when cured unlike the sponge/foamy characteristic of the above adhesive in the photo.

Did you checked your local auto parts store and harbor freight? Maybe they should have it or could tell you what it is called.
