Glovebox Lite
Glovebox Lite
I noticed the lite in my glovebox of my 2002 I35 is out - actually, I don't ever remember it working. It really is a tiny bulb, and the Infiniti dealer wants around $17 for a new bulb/socket assembly! Does anybody sell the bulb? Also, what turns it on & off, I can't find a switch.

The switch may be integrated into the hinges if you can't find it.
To find out if anyone sells the bulb, pull out your I35 manual. There should be a section with parts numbers, and that little glovebox light should be in there. Then you can go to autozone, or maybe even Walmart and know exactly what to look for. At a place like Autozone, they may even have the part cross-referenced, so you can just ask for a 2002 I35 glovebox light and they may be able to look it up for you, even if they don't have it in stock.

The glove box light is probably a 158.
