Is there anyone else with a misaligned glove compartment?

The left side near the release button is sagging almost half half an inch. I've taken it to the Dealer and they can't seem to fix it. I had to tell them that its rattling, otherwise they wouldn't touch it. All they did was put felt tape on the track to "fix" the "rattling" that I made up!

I think theres either some piece missing (due to Navi Hack from previous owner) or was warped from the hot summer days in San Jose?

I checked the Service Manual but there is no info regarding the glove box.

This is such an eye sore to me!

They ought to fix any half-inch gap under warranty!!! Call Infiniti Corporate customer care folks and complain if you do not get a proper response from the dealer. A picture of it ought to work wonders.

Yep, mine is also misaligned, and I haven't even touched or modified my car. Seems its a problem with M35 06' and above.
