I pulled on it to open, there was a clicking sound and I think something came undone or broke. I cannot open it, its unlocked. Advice please?

Check out the HOW TO section and Q45.org for the glovebox hinges... Theyre pretty common failure item on early Q, and people have posted up various ways to fix them so check it out!!
