Glitchy USB Port

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Hello all, I have spent the last 2 days looking they the forum archives for this topic and couldn’t find it (but could have overlooked it).

The USB port in my center console on my 2012 EX35 Journey AWD cuts in and out like it has a loose / frayed connection. Has anyone tried to replace it? Could you point me to the correct parts needed?
