Why does everyone (coupe owners) seem to forget that this forum is for sedans too.

Because they have no love for my car That's ok, my grill still looks better hahaha j/k Seriously though, the grill, trunk space and headroom were the final deciding factors for me. I'm only 5'10" and my seat is all the way back and I have just enough legroom in my sedan. In the coupe, my head was like 1/2" away from the roof and anytime I adjusted in the seat, my head would hit ouch!!

I got lucky and picked them up used for $600; however, one wheel was really damaged so I ordered a 5th one. Then I had to buy new tires for them which cost a pretty good penny. I paid about $1500 or so for wheels and the rubber shoes. It was all worth it though. You have no clue as to how badly I wanted these wheels and how long I was looking for them. Everything turned out great and I'm happy What more could I ask for in a wheel. They're sexy, forged and lightweight

$1500 damn... i didnt think it would be that much... Mind you my 20s weigh more than fat bastard and its easily seen in my 2.5 .... they were 1000... i thought if i was going with used stock wheels i would get a deal...

Im gonna sell my stock 16"s and get 18s to replace them for the winter... what would be the cheapest/best route... i think i can get around 600 for the stock ones with the tires..

LOL, The grille can be changed and as for the headroom I'm pretty comfortable in my coupe and I'm 6' but it took me a while to get the seat just right. I agree with you on the trunk space, I had to take my microwave in for repair and I had to squeeze it in the back seat because it wouldn't fit in the trunk.

Half of that $1500 was for the tires. So, I guess you could say I got the 5 wheels for $750 or so. I think it was more than worth it. Try finding a set of these in good condition anywhere and you'll see what I'm talking about. No one wants to dump theirs; it's impossible to find!!

The stock Altima wheels are 17's. You can find some ok deals on ebay for the stockers, but I would check your local craigslist. You'd be suprised at what kind of prices some guys sell their stocks for. I guess they buy new wheels and don't want their old ones just lying around taking up space.

well you'll be glad to know that the upcoming AIT bodykit parts will be sedan exclusive. i saw a preview of the roof wing and it looks amazing. cant wait to get it in carbon fiber. it would go great with the carbon fiber grill and roof overlay theyre coming out with. dunno about carbon fiber doors though that seems a bit excessive.

edit: here's a picture taken by Nissan4LIFE from the nissanclub.com forums. hes the one that prototyped for the kit and accessories and he said he was authorized to release a picture so i guess it wont be a problem. again this will be available for sedans in cf or factory paint. and as far as i know it attaches to the window.

I hope that grill is going to have cutouts! In that form, it looks like a Transformer...Robots in disguise

And MaksimSF, you're 6'3" and you still have room to play with. Dude, I'm 5'10" and I fit perfectly with the seat all the way back. How do you sit, with your shins on the dash? hahaha j/k

Im 6' 3" and 230 (and going the wrong way) and a primiary reason for getting the AC is becasue it fits me so great, perfectly comfortable behind the wheel...all the adjustments...love the telescoping steering wheel!

That grille by AIT wouldn't look bad if it was cutout and didn't have the middle piece. Add some black mesh and your good to go.
