I have ALWAYS advocated for equal protection under the law for "natural consequences".

Feel free to search my posts... I'm all for freedom of speech, but I also hate that it can be used by the weak and the frail, hiding behind the skirts of Mother Liberty, to do harm to those who are bound by law to choke back their response.

Some things are simply not worth responding to. Some things most certainly are. I've always said, I'll place my faith in the existence of a rational judiciary and take my chances in a court of law.

Again, justifying bad behavior by pointing to other bad behavior is a fallacy and childish. I am no fan of Beck or his ilk. This is about what the kid did, not Beck. The absence of critique for Beck does not mean I condone him any more than the kid. Try again ish.
