You were driving? If they were driving the car, they better be paying.

Once you get the white paint off with clay bar, and/or compound, and/or something, it may be almost invisible, maybe not. It looks like it's down to the plastic which means you need body work and paint, or replacement and paint to make it go away completely.

If it still stands out after getting the white paint off tape off the area and put some correct color code paint on there. Depending on how anal you are it may get the job done.

I had a crack in my front bumper corner, way down there. So I reinforced and fixed the crack from behind, and then I used Bondo to fill in the scratches and smooth out the front surface. I sanded it down with various 600-3000 grit sandpapers. Then I painted it with matching color spray paint & clearcoat kit from ScratchWizard. Awesome result. I'm very happy with how it looks. Very difficult to spot the difference, and I haven't even buffed it yet.

I also bought a touch-up kit for fixing little nicks & chips:

Note to yourself
Wash your own car.your paying for future swirls and scratches. Clay it,compound it,polish it.if that dont work.go to a body shop and walk out with anal bleedage.

Since it is so low on the bumper, I'd just sand it, mask the surrounding, spray it black, spray clear, wet sand to blend. It's in a prime location to happen again so unless you have cash to burn, do it cheap.

Like everyone else said, wash it yourself and avoid damage like this and swirls.
