Ok, last saturday my girlfriend went out of town to go to a funeral for her grandfather that she never spent time with, so she really didnt care. She said she would call me and and didnt call me until the day before she was coming home (which was friday). then she called me when she was at home complaining she was sick and didnt want to do anything. which rolled over to saturday.
Now to sunday-Now here is my real problem. I had to pick up a few things for my car yesterday and she told me to call her before I got to her house. Well I was about 1 minute away from her house and I called her. Now there is a road right before I get to her house to where I can see her house. when this happened I saw a guy leaving her house and someone else standing outside. So I stop and try to think what to do. I call a couple of friends and my sister. They all say I should break up with her. What do you all think.

Yeah, ask her who he was first, coulda been a friend coming to help the ill. A friend of mine got the best advice from his mom one day, "All women are kniving *****es." The point is, they're (usually, there are a few exceptions) manipulative as hell. The idea behind all this is that you ought to talk to her, then check her facts with her friends, your friends, anyone else who may know, then go from there.
Too young to let this stuff bring you down. Don't let her play games with you, if that's what's going on and it sounds like it is.
There's so many women out there... this one's just not worth the trouble. Move on without incident. That's what they hate most.
Some people are just too weak to tell you face to face, so they bring about circumstance that will ruin a relationship without them ever having to sit you down and look you in the eye. Sabotage. That's what she did and you need to be rid of her, because what she's doing is childish and shows a lack of decency, honesty, and backbone. Just imagine, if she's playing these games now, what she'll be like in 3, or 5 years. Yikes, yuck, no thanks.

what a stupid reason for breaking up with a girl. cause you saw someone walking out of her house before you got there?? oookay...
It sounds to me like you dont really care for this girl anways and you're looking for an excuse. If it was a good relationship to begin with, there would be at least a smidgen of trust and honesty that would help you though this... if you're lacking either of those, then maybe you should break up with her - regardless of if she's cheating or not.
Why not just freakin ask her!?

you should talk to her though, that is how relationships get jacked up is though lack of communication. girls have a crazy train of though and most of them think based off emotion, where most guys think based off logic which will always cause some fricton. (not bashing girls, this is a proven fact with studies etc...)
anyway, best of luck to you. and look on the bright side, if you two do break up, that is more money and time for you to do stuff to your car.

I think you need to re-read my 1st post. Me seeing a guy leaving her house in a hurry right after I called to tell her I was on my way is just a little suspicious to me. Think about it her family doesnt live down here and she introduced me to most if not all of her friends, why didnt she get me to meet his dude.
I guess I got more pissed off then anything. I never said I was just breaking up with her for seeing a guy walking to his car. that would just be the icing on the cake. I called her but she didnt answer so I guess I will call her later.

Who are these people that just happen to miss the phone ringing? One thing I know for sure, if a girl is into you, the phone doesn't leave her sight until you've called. Nobody just 'misses' a call anymore. That excuse worked before the advent of cell phones.

Its not a cousin, she wouldnt brind one down from new york and were in SC. Whoever it was took had a car and when she went to the funeral in NY and were in SC they took a train from Georgia and back. I hate livin here, you know 1 in 4 girls has an std at my old HS. crazy
