I had a tenant move out / evicted and leave a house full of crap behind. The only thing worth keeping was a room full of workout equipment and these rims. After polishing them up, they look to be in good condition. My question is, where and how is the best way to sell them and recoup some of the $1800 this stiff owes me? Is $100 each a solid price?

You could try selling them on Ebay or Craigslist, or here. We do have a classifieds section.

You'll want to get some pictures of them for sure, and some dimensions would help too (how wide are they).
Do they come with tires? If not, $100 each seems reasonable for used wheels.
