At school right now-We have this... what would you call it... Internet babysitter? Called Bess. It blocks everything but the kitchen sink basically. We're making a children's book starring the South Park cast...(for psychology) and of course... you can't get to any of the good sites with pictires from the show. I am eventually going to do some Photoshop renderings, but we need a start. TO THE POINT: Would anyone be willing to post some good south Park pictures.... mainly of like locations where you can see the whole background (outside at the bus stop, at the school lunch room (w/ Chef maybe?), etc) If anyone could, that'd be golden. Thanks

I'm not sure if they'll have what you want but with a quick search this is what I've come up with of pics of south park.

This site has all sorts of stuff on it. http://www.geocities.com/Telev....html

And this site has wallpaper, pics, and photos as well.http://coolwallpaper.com/anima...shtml

I'd like to help you file a lawsuit against the schoolboard of your county. The freedom to view material that some feel is controversial is a freedom of expression. And the censor of certain media outlets is denying freedom of the press.

BZZZZT. Wrong (in so many ways).

Your first collegiate Constitutional Law class should clear up these popular and unfortunate misconceptions.

eh its been done before in public libraries...but schools.. oh no we can't let our poor children see swear words or p0rn, but we can let them read about sex in literature and turn a blind eye to their swearing in the hallways.**** it, the youth of our country is lost anyway.

Spoken by someone who (I'm guessing) doesn't have kids.

Since you're so bent about it, you can blame former president Clinton, who signed the Chilren's Internet Protection Act in 2000.

I truly wonder about the motivations of someone who would have NO problem allowing an elementary school child see pornography.

The youth of our country is not lost. The adults who have given up on trying to teach them morals and values and protect them from things they are unprepared to contend with are the lost ones.

Find the URL of the picture, go to the altavista translator. Set it to translate spanish to english, and paste in the URL. You can see the pages then.

Censorship needs reworking. Too much in some areas, not enough in others. Teachers know their students cuss like sailors, find p0rn at home, watch Fight Club, etc, but then kick and scream at the first sight of a girl with a low-cut shirt (thought most, at least here, ought not wear them... ick!). My English teacher chastised students for going on Spring Break in Panama City, but then told us of her accounts of doing the same (she lived about an hour away from there), sneaking out of her house, even of when she got a tattoo on Spring Break her Sophomore year of High School (note, this is a SOPHOMORE English class, go figure).

Moral of the story: people are silly.

I have more (a lot more) to say, but I must be off to get enough sleep for school tomorrow, so...

Yea sensors bother me at school too. I cant do ebay searches, visit the sites I really need, and the right click for the mouse has been disabled. The only thing I like about our school computers is that the are pretty quick and it allows me to log on NICO.

I'll have to agree. But there are things that shouldn't be available to kids, especially in a school setting, if they can get it at home, then fine. IMO, that's where parents can step in, which, in most cases they do not. People ought to stop blaming schools/ teachers/everyone else for deliquent kids who don't get any discipline from their parents.

Rex is right though, it's their T1 line. :D

my girlfriend was the same way. she said some parent was complaining cause their kid was looking at ebaums and maddox. she said the parents were *****ing because the sites werent appropraite for kids to be looking at and they wanted them to take down the sites. my girlfriend was outraged, not because they WERE right that the sites werent for kids, but because these parents were attacking theses guys for their own neglagence. she said these parents need to stop trying to get everything catered to them and actually watch what their kids are doing. she said "what responsible parent lets their kid wonder the net with out supervision??" i go "responsible??" "exactly" and this is a bigger problem than kidsl ooking up stuff at school. hell, if they know what it is and are trying to look it up, they had to have found out somewhere, and if its not at school, odds are its at home.
