Giddy New owner

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Hey guys, first off I'd like to thank all of you for making the purchase of our ex35 so easy. I did quite a bit of lurking on here before buying, but now that I'm an official owner I made a point to join the community.

So I guess I'll get right into it. We recently got a 2009 EX35 AWD Journey with *Almost* all the features we wanted at a hell of a price. It's missing the Bose sound system but it has the premium audio package? (If that makes sense? thats what the dealer told us) so it has the 6 cd changer and all that good stuff but its missing the NAV. So my question is..... if I buy an OEM Nav unit how difficult/ would it even be possible to do an upgrade?

and before anyone comes down on me, I did my due diligence and tried to look for this topic before posting but if I have missed it please feel free to send the link :)

Cheers,
B

Nice!

I read before (and maybe on the G37 side) that it is possible, but not cost effective. :(
Your phone is probably better!

From the looks of it I may be able to get a super steal on the OEM components so that's the main reason as to why I'm inquiring, and to be honest it's not so much the NAV that I want, it's more the iPhone integration. My girl could benefit from the NAV. Happy wife happy life, or so they say :chuckle:
