Gid'day QX4 blower conundrum

Ok ...been through a ton of threads already , haven't found anything. blower motor on an 03 QX4 works intermittently....30 -120 seconds after start. then quits. ll fuses checked and OK , blower motor works, air filters clean......checked regulator all good....so HELP...don't want to drop 2oo+ on a regulator is that isn't the problem

Many people in that thread said it fixed their problem. Why not order it and try it, if it doesn't work return it.

Yes I had read through that thread. Pricing I had was Canadian from the dealer....and the dealer was lowest at $236 and change and up as high as 300+

My worry is the intermittent nature of the problem if the resistor is cooked would it not give full blast or no blast at all?

I appreciate the link to the Amazon site for the cheapest I have found the part ! I will give it a shot and update.

Access the blower motor. Hook up 12V/Gnd directly to the motor. It should run on high and keep going. If it stops, as you are currently finding, then replace it. Or maybe you already did that.
