ghosts and gremlins in '02 Q45?

Over the past several years I've experience strange behavior with my '02 Q45. It has been so infrequent that I almost disregarded it as human error but the past 2 weeks I know I wasn't involved. I'm hoping someone might suggest where to start:

Issue 1) Locked out of vehicle, key in ignition.
2x - while pumping gas (car turned off)
1x - once while car was running in the driveway of a friend.

This happened 2 weeks ago:
Issue 2) Visit to Starbucks, parked and locked the car. Key with me. I returned after 30+ minutes to find both front windows fully open and both rear windows half-way down.

Anyone experience anything like this? I'm totally baffled and don't feel I should EVER leave the keys in the ignition or wonder if some rainy day I will return to a flooded car...
