Ghetto shell with fuel pump problem

93 hatch s13 blacktop walbro 255

im getting voltage to every wire except the black/ yellow stripe wire and I put a new relay in it. is there anything im missing besides power to the black/ yellow wire?

Is the ECU plugged in all the way? Check the black / pink (or is it black / purple) wiring. It's one of those found in the plugs next to the battery. The one that needed to be done correctly to work w/ the 240 swap. Check the ECU relay as well. The ECU relays clicks on first just before the fuel pump relay does. Check that the ECU comes on. And lastly, double check all your solder connections.G/L

ok so im getting 11.7v to the black/ purp wire and 11.7v to the 2 black/ white wires. and .40v to the black yellow. at the moment i dont have anyone helping me so i can check for clicking. as of right now my pump is on a switch and its just dumps fuel all the time 9.89-10.11 a/f ratio at idle. and i get 13.8v to black/ purp and the 2 black/ white wires and .16v to the black yellow.
