ghetto rigging - jb weld as exhaust gasket sealer?

anyone see any problems with this, assuming i dont want to take my exhaust apart any time soon?

random q - took off my heat shield a while back and i noticed one of the bolts on my head is broken off where the exhaust manifold bolts on. is this somthing to be worried about?

It won't last forever, get a new catback.

Get the old bolt drilled out and put a new one in w/ ample amounts of anti-seize compound.

no no, my catback isnt cracked or anything. i just mean using jb weld on the gasket that goes in between the manifold and downpipe, as opposed to some silicone exhaust sealer stuff.
