Sorry I guess I didn't mention it but all the lug nuts are locking ones which mean they require a special key to "grab them". I have all locking lugs on my wheels now but I hand torque them on, some douch used an impact on these.nismofly wrote:can you get a deep socket on them?
if so take a huge breaker bar, 2 ft or so...attach to socket, and jump on the bar till they come off
id recommend using a cheap socket or one with a warranty because you may break it...but it wont hurt anything else
Yea that's what I'm talking about "special sockets" but I have broken two and stripped the teeth on a third trying to get them off, and at ten bucks a pop I don't really feel like getting more of them. I need to torch the lug nuts or something. I tried a cheater bar and pb blasted them like 3 times with a half hour soak in between each application... AHHH I want to find the guy that installed these wheels and punch him in the throat!!nismofly wrote:the locking lugs ive seen just use a special socket for a key...you should still be able to use a breaker bar with those
