Greets
I have a question about the gf performance chip kit. Does it void the warranties and is it worth the effort? It's onsale for 70 bux and if it works kewl. Also it said it writes to the ecm can that be returned to stock ?

Waste of money...

It's a 20-cent resistor that alters the reading from your MAF sensor, making the ECU "think" it's seeing more air than it really is..

There are other options for more HP...tuners, CAI and exhaust are some of the easiest things you can do. Check out the FAQ page (link in my sig) for links to aftermarket sites.

I recommend Uprev tune after you have some modifications to your vehicle. Intake, Exhaust are a good place to start and then if you plan on a tune, High Flow Cats.

There are no "cheap" upgrades for these cars. I agree with ^^^ look into a real tuner.
